The pendants are made of pre-enameled sterling silver and come with 18" chain. We suggest you e-mail us a photo in at least 300 DPI. When we receive an order we always focus in on the face or faces in the photograph, we crop the image around the shoulder area and delete all the background. Should you want something other than that we suggest that you make photocopies of your photographs and cut and paste those, and then send us the original photos as well as the copies for us to follow. At no time should you cut, mark or mar your photographs in any way, we can fix and rearrange most things using the computer. We do not charge extra to merge 2 photographs together, we also do not charge for minor touch ups or moving people around.
